1.REQUIREMENT //ความต้องการ

หากคุณต้องการให้ผลิตสินค้าที่มีอยู่แล้ว สามารถนำสินค้าให้โรงงานทำตัวอย่างตามต้นแบบเพื่อเช็คความถูกต้องก่อนผลิตออเดอร์จริงได้เลย

หากต้องการผลิตกระเป๋ารูปแบบใหม่ สามารถนำเสนอแบบและไอเดีย รูปแบบ, ขนาด, ส่วนประกอบ, อะไหล่ หรือแนบรูปตัวอย่างใกล้เคียง ให้กับเราได้ ยิ่งได้รับข้อมูลมาก ทางเราจะสามารถเข้าใจแบบและผลิตตัวอย่างออกมาได้ตรงใจกับลูกค้ามากที่สุด

If you already have your own product, we can make sample according to the original designs for you to review before proceeding with the actual production order.

If you want to create a new style of bag, you can present your designs and ideas with sketches, patterns, sizes, components, parts, or similar bag sample pictures. The more information we receive, the better we can understand and produce samples that meet your preferences.

2. PROTOTYPE // ทำแบบร่างกระเป๋า

เมื่อได้กระเป๋าที่จะให้ผลิตตามต้นแบบสินค้า หรือแบบที่ดีไซน์ใหม่มีการสรุปลงตัวแล้ว ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกวัสดุที่จะใช้ในการผลิตกระเป๋า เช่น หนัง, ซับใน, อะไหล่ เป็นต้น ทางเรายินดีที่จะให้คำแนะนำเรื่องวัสดุเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า และหากลูกค้าต้องการสร้างเอกลักษณ์ให้กับสินค้า ด้วยการใช้วัตถุดิบพิเศษ ลูกค้าสามารถส่งมาให้เราใช้ในการขึ้นตัวอย่างได้เลย

When we have the original sample bag or the new design that is fully developed. Customers can choose the materials for the prototype bags such as leather, lining, and accessories. We are happy to provide basic material recommendations, and if you want to create an identity for the product by using special materials, you can send them to us.

3.FINAL SAMPLE // ขึ้นต้นแบบจริง

เมื่อผลิตชิ้นงานตัวอย่างเสร็จแล้ว ลูกค้าพิจารณาว่าตรงกับแบบที่ลูกค้าต้องการหรือไม่ หรือต้องการปรับแต่งรายละเอียดในส่วนใดบ้าง 

หลังจากที่มีการสรุปต้นแบบและชำระค่าผลิตตัวอย่างแล้ว หากไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดหรือวัตถุดิบที่กระทบกับการผลิตแล้ว ทางเราจะคอนเฟิร์มค่าผลิตสินค้าจริงให้กับลูกค้าอีกครั้ง

Once the prototype bag is completed, customers consider whether it matches your desired design or if you need any adjustments to specific details. 

When the actual prototype is finalized and the sample fee is paid, if there are no changes to the production details or materials that effect manufactural process, we will confirm the production final cost for you once again.

4.PRODUCTION ORDER // ผลิตออเดอร์กระเป๋า

ขั้นต่ำการผลิตของสินค้าขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดและความซับซ้อนของการทำกระเป๋า โดยกระเป๋าขนาดกลาง จะเริ่มต้นที่ 50 ชิ้น และกระเป๋าสตางค์หรือสินค้าขนาดเล็ก จะเริ่มต้นที่ 100 ชิ้น

การสั่งผลิตสินค้า จะชำระเงินงวดแรก 50% ของมูลค่ารวมการผลิตทั้งหมด และชำระส่วนที่เหลือในวันที่มารับสินค้า โดยลูกค้าสามารถเดินทางมารับด้วยตนเอง หรือใช้บริการขนส่งเอกชนมารับสินค้าก็ได้

The minimum quantity for bag production depends on the size and complexity of the bags. Medium-sized bags require a minimum of 50 pieces, while wallets and small-sized products require a minimum of 100 pieces.

The payment for product manufacturing is split into two installments. The first installment, which amounts to 50% of the total production cost, is due when placing the order. The remaining balance is due on the day of product collection. Customers can either pick up the products yourselves or use private delivery services for product retrieval.
